One of the consequences of offshore fishing is dehydration from lack of fluid intake. The result can be in the form of leg cramps. The obvious solution is to drink more but until you can catch up try this.
Take a bar of white soap ie; Dove, Ivory etc. Place the soap between the sheets you sleep in down by your feet. Don't ask me how or why this works as it just does |
