If you need help with Bluewater supermap watch all the videos. Then read on the home page finding fish form space. Cache it to your computer and reread till you have a complete grasp of what the different terms mean. This will help you better understand what is going on with the water you wish to fish. Once you can understand everything. Start comparing your logbook dates with what the ocean conditions were on those days. This will give you a faster learning curve because the results are already there you just have to see what the conditions were as far as plankton bloom how long it was there was it ascending or descending. Did you have merging currents which way was it flowing?
Like anything information is useless unless you can apply it. This site has all the information you need to be very successful in finding gamefish consistantly. No matter where you go up and down the coast the parameters are the same. Once you can understand and apply this information you are going to see your catch rate increase no matter if it is your local grounds or anywhere you plan to go
If you do get stuck send me a PM I'd be happy to help talk/type you through your problem |
